Design Process

Consultation

We offer a free, no-obligation consultation where we discuss your design preferences and desires. We consider everything from the choice of precious metal and diamond characteristics to the overall design concept. We can work from your images or create an original sketch based on your ideas.

Quote and CAD

After the consultation, we present a detailed quote including price and delivery time. We develop a CAD (computer-aided design) based on your input, revising until the design matches your vision.

Approval and Production

After the CAD is approved, our goldsmith will start making your jewelry, and then our jeweler will set the chosen gemstones. All gemstones are verified by a gemological laboratory (IGI or DGIT) before being set, which provides certificates and jewelry reports. The entire process usually takes between one and two weeks. We will keep you updated on the progress throughout.

Delivery

The finished piece is placed in our exquisite mahogany box, packed in discreet packaging, and shipped with insured express delivery at no extra cost.
